Welcome to the Woodsshire Homes Association site. Woodsshire is a residential neighborhood developed by the Woods Brothers Corporation and platted in 1925. It features 131 single-family homes: 104 within the area defined by the entrances on 17th and 20th streets; 16 homes on the east side of 17th between Calvert and High; and 11 homes on the south side of High between 17th and 20th.
Annual meetings will be held in March each year. The date, place, and time will be posted at least three weeks before the meeting.
Special meetings may be held if the board determines a need and their date, place, and time will be posted three weeks prior to the meeting.
